Matt Bower has been working at MBDA since 2023 and has contributed to the defence industry for just under five years. As a Technology Planning and Research Realisation Lead at MBDA, he has experience in driving R&T development to maximise exploitation. Matt previously worked at BAE Systems as a Senior Researcher in fields including; LO Materials, Radomes and Metamaterials.

Matt has experience in leading international R&T collaborative projects and has worked closely with Academia, SMEs and Industry partners throughout his career. He has a passion for novel technologies and enjoys delivering high quality research with key stakeholders.
