Member Registration

SME - small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are non-subsidiary, independent organisations which employ fewer than 250 persons.

Government - member of UK or French government.

Academic - university or other institute of higher education.

Industry - commercial organisations which employ greater than 250 persons.

1. Download UK NDA.
2. On completion of the NDA, the supplier will need to send it to ftn.ITP.ProgrammeOffice@mbda.co.uk so that it can be finalised.
3. After completion, MBDA will send two originals of the NDA and post them to the supplier who will sign the two originals and return them to MBDA by post.
4. Finally, MBDA will send one original of NDA, signed by MBDA, by post to the supplier.
5. Once NDA is signed by both parties - the supplier is then authorised to access the 'members portal, to access the data necessary for the supplier to become a potential bidder.

1. Download French NDA.
2. On completion of the NDA (yellow fields), send it to: cwitp-call-fr@mbda-systems.com
3. MBDA complete the NDA (blue fields), and will post two “paper originals” to your attention (name registered on the website = in charge of the NDA signature by your representative).
4. After signature of the two originals, return them by post to MBDA (to the attention of CWITP MEP Procurement – Case Courrier 90).
5. After signature, MBDA will send to your attention, by post, “one original” of the NDA.
6. Once NDA is signed by both parties - the supplier is then authorized to access to the Bidder data pack.
